Srini Chinamilli
Co-Founder & CEO
Srini has over 25 years of experience in Semiconductor Engineering and Management. He held technical and management positions at Cirrus Logic and Centillium Communications prior to joining Tessolve as Co-Founder. He has extensive experience in Silicon Validation, Product Engineering and has managed high volume productization of several complex Systems on Chip and Mixed Signal devices. He takes pleasure in building startup teams into world class organizations. Srini completed his Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and Bachelor in Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology.
Girish Wagle is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of global experience in scaling and transforming Digital Engineering Services (ER&D) business. Having held key roles at Wipro, Cognizant, and Tata, Girish has a proven track record in building new business, strategy, consulting, sales, P&L and execution. His extensive expertise spans telecom, automotive, aerospace and consumer electronics industries. Based in the UK, Girish brings a wealth of pan-European experience and will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation at Tessolve.
Kiran is an industry expert in Embedded Product Engineering, with over 22 years of experience and an engineering degree in Instrumentation & Electronics from Bangalore University. He has extensive expertise in defining strategy, product design, business development, and manufacturing, with a focus on aerospace and automotive quality systems like EN9100 and ISO26262. For the past 15+ years, Kiran has led global pre-sales, business development, and engineering delivery management, building and managing teams that have delivered successful products to OEMs worldwide. At Tessolve, he heads the Embedded Product Engineering Business Unit globally, driving strategy business growth and establishing key ecosystem partnerships in the Automotive and Industrial IoT markets. Previously, Kiran worked with TES Electronics, MindTree, and Wipro.
Parthiban is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in embedded system software and the wireless industry. Currently the Associate Vice President of Embedded Software Engineering Services at Tessolve, he leads a team of 350+. Prior to Tessolve, Parthiban served as General Manager of Wireless at Anritsu Corporation, holding various executive roles in Japan and India. His expertise spans post-silicon validation, system-level testing, SoC testing, automation, automotive embedded software, wireless and IoT technologies. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from Bharathiar University and has completed numerous professional courses in wireless technologies, project management, and leadership. Parthiban has also actively contributed to industry forums like GCF, 3GPP, and ETSI.
